- Quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of goods/services
- Alignment with Surya Sangam’s sustainability goals
4. Information We Collect from Vendors
- Company name, registration number, and contact details
- Authorized signatory details
- GSTIN, PAN, and other statutory documents
- Bank account information for payments (with cancelled cheque)
- Product/service catalogs and pricing information
- Proof of compliance with labor laws, EHS standards, and quality certifications
- Details of key personnel and subcontractors (if any)
This information is used solely for vendor evaluation, onboarding, compliance, and operational management.
5. Code of Conduct
- Operate ethically and with integrity
- Prohibit corruption, bribery, and unethical behavior
- Respect human rights and ensure fair labor practices
- Ensure safe and healthy working conditions
- Minimize environmental impact and promote eco-friendly practices
6. Compliance and Monitoring
- Vendors must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
- Surya Sangam reserves the right to audit and monitor vendor practices
- Non-compliance may result in penalties, suspension, or termination of the contract
7. Confidentiality
Vendors must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information received during the course of their engagement with Surya Sangam.
8. Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
Vendors shall not offer, give, solicit, or accept bribes or any form of corruption in connection with their engagement with Surya Sangam.
9. Environmental Standards
- Reduce carbon emissions and energy consumption
- Use recyclable or sustainable materials
- Follow green manufacturing and logistics practices
